Karman L. Eash, Operations Manager

Martin Capital recruited Karman in January 2007 as the firm’s operations manager.  She earned a BS with high distinction in accounting from Manchester College in 1990 and obtained her CPA license in 1993.  Karman began her career in public accounting, with Coopers & Lybrand and then later spent time with McGladrey & Pullen. She held the division controller position with Accuride International, gaining six years of manufacturing experience, and for four years served as controller at Manchester College.  Karman is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the AICPA.

Jessica L. O’Dell, CPA, Assistant Trader & Assistant Portfolio Manager

Jessica works closely with the Chief Trader to execute and properly record all trades and monitor account activity. She regularly meets with portfolio managers to ensure client accounts are being managed to client and firm expectations.

Karen M. Sherer, Account Management Associate

Karen is responsible for the quarterly client billing process as well as reviewing all client service requests. She assists with day-to-day tasks related to the firm’s SEC compliance program.

Sue K. Massey, Client Service Associate

Sue works directly with clients to handle all aspects of client service requests. Her responsibilities include new account set-up and existing account changes, money movement requests and client report preparation.

Christine L. Broadbent, Executive Assistant to Todd Martin and Drew Wilson

Christine assists with daily responsibilities, client correspondence, scheduling, travel and ad hoc requests. She assists client service with various monthly reporting tasks.

Kristen R. Smith-Myers, Executive Assistant to Frank Martin

Kristen provides assistance across a wide range of tasks ranging from daily scheduling to ad hoc projects. She coordinates all outgoing literature and assists the research team by gathering preliminary data for new investment ideas.
